Freeze or Auto-refresh current location on map
With the refresh button you have two options concerning what you see on map view.
The first one is the choice to manually control how you update data on your screen. And how’s that? You just press refresh button every time you need to see updated data – i.e. your vehicle’s current location. This way you can keep a previous instance on your screen in order to examine it more carefully. It’s like freezing your screen so it’s not updated. Why is this useful?
How about these scenarios:
- When one of your vehicles is close to one of your customers’ location or any target-location and you need to direct them towards that customer.
- Or when one of your new drivers is trying to orient themselves and/or find a specific address. While the vehicle is moving in the area you can freeze time (and perhaps pretend you’re in a DeLorean with Marty and Doc) and give more precise directions.
- Also, when you’re busy talking on the phone and you need to preserve the previous spot on the map, for any reason that is useful to you.
Alternatively, you can enable auto-refresh of your map view and get new data at frequent intervals. Let’s say every 60 seconds. This way you don’t have to worry whether your data is updated. You just have the latest view of your vehicles position on your screen (mark or spot on map).
Share location
This feature enables you to send your car’s current location along with your driver’s name to other drivers or to anyone who’ll need it. You just press the share button. A URL with the vehicle’s coordinates on Google maps goes to the recipient, making it possible for them to navigate with his/her GPS and locate your target vehicle.

Take a screenshot and save current map view
Screenshots are not just for saving memes or conversations when you have Veturilo. Our screenshot button is very useful when you need save the current view of your vehicles on the map.
